Red Mill Commons is a community shopping center featuring over 600,000
square feet of retail space located at Nimmo Parkway and Upton Drive
in Virginia Beach’s dynamic southern section. Red Mill Commons
is home to some of the biggest names in retail. Super Wal-Mart, Home
Depot, TJ Maxx, Michaels, Pier One, Panera Bread, Walgreens, Outback,
Chili’s and many more national and local stores create a unique
and exciting shopping mix. The Center was developed in partnership with
Commercial Real Estate Services and Lakeside Construction. Red Mill
Commons received several design awards and was voted “Best of
the Beach” by the citizens of Virginia Beach in 2006.
