The Marketplace at Hilltop is a 115,000 square foot specialty shopping
center located at the intersection of Laskin Road and First Colonial
Road in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Center features a unique mix of
lifestyle retailers such as Borders and Panera Bread, along with national,
local stores and restaurants. The Marketplace at Hilltop was developed
in partnership with Commercial Real Estate Services. The Center received
several design awards and was recently voted “The Best of the
Beach” by the citizens of Virginia Beach.
