Hampton
Towne Centre is a 300,000 square foot shopping center located at the
intersection of Interstate 64 and Hampton Roads Center Parkway in Hampton,
Virginia. The project is anchored by entertainment giant AMC and its
24 screen Megaplex along with TJ Maxx, Books-A-Million, Farm Fresh
and other retailers and restaurants. The project was an assemblage
of 16 separate properties and was developed in partnership with Commercial
Real Estate Services.
