in keeping with a particular retailer’s roll out program for
defined trade areas. In partnership with Commercial Real Estate
Services, Ellis-Gibson builds and sells most freestanding products
into the 1031 exchange market. Repeat clients include Walgreens,
Advance Auto, Eckerd’s, Blockbuster and Food Lion. |
