John Gibson’s involvement in commercial real estate, within Hampton Roads and the Mid-Atlantic markets, dates back to 1984. During his career, Mr. Gibson has been responsible for the successful development and management of over 7 million square feet of commercial industrial, office, and retail space. He has arranged over $750 million in debt and equity with fifty(50) plus projects as a Principal / Managing Member. He understands the financial intricacies associated with real estate development and has the experience and know-how to structure deals that benefit all parties involved. In addition to financing and deal structuring, Mr. Gibson overseas and coordinates all activities associated with Ellis-Gibson projects.
