Bruce Berlin is Senior Vice President for real estate services. Since 1997, he has overseen the construction management division, retail lease coordination and retail property management. Projects he has supervised include: Edinburgh Commons, Red Mill Commons, Red Mill Walk, The Marketplace at Hilltop, Hampton Towne Center, The Marketplace at Nickerson, The Marketplace at Oyster Point, the residential units of The Crossings at Red Mill and other freestanding single tenant projects for Eckerd Drug Store and Walgreen's. He is currently managing over 1.5 million square feet of developed retail real estate. Additionally, Mr. Berlin spearheaded Ellis-Gibson's efforts to build two public/private parking decks for the cities of Virginia Beach and Portsmouth.
Prior to
joining EGDG, Mr. Berlin was Vice President of Colonial Parking, Inc.,
responsible for the operations and management of a 25 location division
with gross receipts in excess of $4 million annually.
